IS THERE A SILVER LINING WITH PNEUMONIA?

Apparently so! Although it's not the healthiest way to lose weight, I've lost another 10 pounds just from being sick with pneumonia. It's not that I didn't eat - I certainly did! I just had no energy to make anything substantial so I would elect to have yogurt with berries or peanut butter on whole wheat or pistachios and even Kashi cereal with milk. But that was the extent of my food intake. Plus I slept a TON!

Granted, I'm confident I lost muscle weight and I can feel that especially in my arms and shoulders. I would imagine that would contribute to my weight loss recently.

HOWEVER - that brings my total to 30 pounds!! (yet to be confirmed on Chad's "official" scale...whenever I get back to the studio) That's nearly the size of my 3 1/2 year old daughter! I'm now seeing parts of the scale I haven't seen since Matt and I were engaged to be married. That was, gosh, 10 year ago? So it's exciting.

I just wish I could figure out a way to keep healthy while trying to manage all that life entails plus a difficult exercise routine and schedule. I've started to use the Dan Active probiotic drink and I'm considering some other alternatives plus I need to be more diligent about taking my vitamins! If anyone has any other ideas, PLEASE let me know!

    I've just had a birthday. Yuck! I hurt everywhere -- BUT -- I discovered Chad because of Dr. Mattis and the Wellness Center in the Promenade of Bluffton. Be checked there! Call 843.815.2221. He and his staff have done more for me than you could possibly imagine. His muscle testing for what your body REALLY needs is amazing!!!!
