HELP! I'M SITTING & I CAN'T GET UP! :)

They should make Life Alert for people who are sore from exercising and can't get up out of a chair! Like me!!!!!

With achy leg muscles and sore arms, it's a workout in and of itself to get up out of a chair! ;) But I kinda like it in a weird way. I know that my aching body means that we did good work in the studio yesterday! I just hope it goes away by my next appointment on Monday.

(Scary picture, huh? Sad thing is this 90 year old woman has a better body than I do!! lol)

What's your remedy for sore muscles?? Exercising more? Bengay? (ew) Hot bath in the jacuzzi tub?

  1. What helps me is stretching at the end of the workout. That seems to lessen the it the next day for me.

    It always seems like the worst soreness is when you first start something new. Each time after this, it will get a little easier!

  2. A hot bath helps me...and Icy Hot works wonders too. Now a couple shots of whiskey works for me.... kidding kidding

    What helps me is to not sit down ever!..not stop moving at all..sleep walking or sleep while walking...help Im typing this while wriggling in my seat. I'm a pain chicken LOL
