    Oh and thank you for the kale pitch... I had my daily double dose today with a wild alaskan salmon fillet( omega 3's and mega protien), tomatoes sliced up(lycopene),and Broccoli(anti oxidant and cancer fighter). Avocado sliced up with the lunch kale. which was GUACTACULAR!

    WHOLE FOODS..... veggies, fruit, nuts, berries,beans,whole grains, wild rice, chicken breast,fish,oatmeal for extra fiber source.

  2. ok Part 2, You are experiencing the worst agonies that you will endure through this whole process of LIFE CHANGE. the first 2-3 weeks your body is in complete denial and is PO'd at you for doing this .. lol. This too shall pass, your emotions are so normal it isnt even funny,
    they will soon be replaced by excitement and anxiousness for MORE results that you will soon see and feel.

    And Katie is absolutely adorable, you are going to set such a great example for her as she goes through her most impressionable years. These characteristics can then leave lasting ideals for her to carry on to a family of her own some day. (gramma) lol. sorry still love me, bff...

  3. Since I'm in terrible shape, I'm in no position to offer sage wisdom & advice like Russ can do.

    But I can say "KEEP UP THE HARD WORK - YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!!". If you keep lugging weights around like that you'll beat Mr. T in an arm wrestle one day!
